What to Expect During Onboarding:
Welcome & Orientation
Begin with a warm, pressure-free meet-and-greet—virtually or in person. You’ll get to know our philosophy of proactive care, and we’ll learn about your family’s goals and priorities.
Secure Enrollment & Info Gathering
Through our digital portal, we collect health history, nutrition, sleep habits, family medical background, and any previous records. Every detail helps shape a fuller picture of your child’s health.
Comprehensive First Visit
This extended visit includes:
- A full health review and physical exam
- Developmental and cognitive screenings
- Space to share concerns and ask questions all in a calm, child-friendly environment that encourages conversation—not just checkboxes.
Tailored Screenings Tests
We recommend screenings based on your child’s age, needs, and risk factors—like hearing/vision, labs, or milestone assessments. Many can be done from the comfort of your home.
Personalized Health Plan
Following your visit, you’ll receive a customized roadmap including:
- Preventive care schedule
- Nutrition and lifestyle goals
- Developmental and behavioral support
- Specialist referrals (as needed)
Ongoing Relationship
From that point forward, you’re fully integrated into the Able community—with same-day access to your pediatrician, consistent check-ins, and a care plan that evolves with your child.
